schlechter Service, kein Respekt vor dem Kunden, rassistisch und vulgär, er hat uns rausgeschmissen und wir mussten unser Essen wegwerfen. Disrespectful employee with racist remarks, kicked us out of the restaurant because he couldn't wait for my kids to finish their food, I understand it was 5 min over the closing time, he came and told us but when I told him I understood and just to give me 3 min to finish he told me that I didn't understand
A, that he wanted me to leave.

I just wanted a Sandwich whitch it was not possible with this machineorder. You could just order menu. Couple of Times try and end with ordering something I didn't want and paying more.

It's clean and the service is very friendly. I don't like fast food in general but that was one time experience

Rude service. Was not asked for drink preference he simply started pouring the coke. I didnt get ketchup or mayonaise with my meal. Even though i ordered nuggets he said sauce cost extra but gave it to me after i complained. The establishment was not busy. Food was fine!

Tasty burgers. Very convenient space located a few meters away from the train stop (mundsburg). Warm and comfortable during the cold seasons. Small (sometimes stuffy) space but well designed and maintained. Attentive employees with stern faces too. No problem if you don't speak German, there will always be someway to get help.
