I have been a member of this gym for almost a year now, and am very happy to be here. The location and view over the Alster is fantastic and the equipment is good quality and in top condition. Locker rooms and gym area are clean and spacious. As I use the gym during the weekday afternoons I never have a problem waiting for equipment. I have never used the wellness or sauna facilities so I can not attest to them. Staff are always welcoming, professional and friendly. I'm looking forward to seeing it when the renovations are complete.

The gym is very nice, clean and new. The equipaments are very modern. They offer several type of courses from Yoga to Boxing. Nice location at the city center of Hamburg, where you can enjoy a nice view of the Alster while training and after relax at the sauna. The staff is very friendly and ready to help

One of the best training place In Hamburg with view of Alster lake. The equipment are modern and and clean.
Mr. Holger who work for Fitness first black label was great , nice and explain all the training plan very clearly and professional.

I just started at the gym and did a physical evaluation today. Holger, the man who walked me through everything was very attentive, explained everything and spent 1.5 hours with me. The facilities are great as well.

Awesome. I did my first instructed training today. Holger as instructor is amazing - super interesting explanations about your fitness status, a lot of sports know how and staff is super friendly!:) Especially the eGym section is highly recommendable

This studio has basically most of the things to provide a good gym session.
Compared to other gyms, it has "only" 4 cable towers as other fitness first gyms have 6-10 (e.g. St. Georg or Eppendorf). The Gym racks and the bumper blates are all new and in a very good condition. Many mirrors are a plus. I love to train my back day at this place as it has a T-Bar Row machine that other fitness first gyms unfortunately dont have. Overall the atmosphere is also good and it just feels good. The staff is usually very motivated and in high spirits.

Started training here for a few months now. It’s not the biggest Fitness First in Hamburg and can be crowded in rush hour, but the facility and the devices are all new and nice.
Best chilling area in all Fitness First chain imo, with a view to the whole Alster and Jungfernstieg area. It‘s also great to see Holger here again, I have known him from when I trained in St.George, he is friendly and helpful as always.
