It's very easy to sign on to a membership here. They roll out the red carpet to take your money. It is a different story if you ask for your credit back. No, they can't do that at the front desk. No, you won't be given a phone number or email address. You must go through their website and send a message through the member portal. Two weeks later, still no response. It's just dishonest business practice. Do not sign contract here.

The best Gym In Hamburg... Almost everything about it, the Staff, the Equipment, the Sauna, the Solarium, and the beverages, it is pretty good organized and the staff makes Sure the plaxe does'nt become messy ..

i hope it does'nt end up becomming disgusting like Mcfit....

I removed 2 stars because if you come in the evening there is often no flavored drinks left in the drink dispensers. They just can't be bothered to refill them at the later hours.
