Very nice place with a very big terrace.
Went there for a dinner with colleagues.
28 people in total and it was nice to be having drinks and dinner outside.
There was a lot of people so service was a bit slow. One of my colleague had to wait more than 15min for his beer.
I had a typical German meal. Schnitzel and Spezi ????????????????
The burger looked also very nice but not sure I could eat it all???????????? but some colleagues did

What was going on? The evening began well with our young dark-haired waitress serving us attentively. We ordered potato soup but then everything changed. The soup was very well presented but it was not potato soup. Instead it seemed to be out of a package or was some sort of thickener with vegetables and raw salmon decorating the centre of the concoction. The waitress asked us several times about our soup but, as we were involved in a deep conversation, we did not complain. When it came time to pay, the waitress ignored us and I had to go down to the bar. She rejected my minimal tip, which, in fact, was undeserved and I left having felt bullied by the waitress and the kitchen. I can only hope that if you go to the Factory you will not be served by our waitress and that the kitchen will not have the chef who served us such a weird concoction. Sorry, Factory, we shall not return and shall definitely not recommend you to others.

Very, and I mean very tasty food. Probably the best schnitzel i have ever eaten. But, im giving 4 Stars because of the waiting Times that go up to half ab hour, even for a simple drink. But if you have friends that you have much to talk about, then go to this Dine-in

I ordered a steak jäger art and their house beer . Would recommend this place and would like to try out their Sunday brunch.

Second time I go to this place and the food and the ambience is great until I want to pay with a card (which I did the first time I dined here). I am told that “no European cards are accepted”. When I ask how come they don’t accept them the person in charge answers me “because we don’t accept European cards; we are in Germany and we have a choice.” (sic). In the middle of the pandemic I had to pay with cash, which I had by chance, because I seldom use it due to the hygienic risk it has, and accept his cash in return. Certainly we have choices in Europe, even to take stupid decisions like this one. In Spain or in Switzerland we pay with modern means, even quantities below 5€, just to facilitate the hygiene. I wouldn’t have expected this third world attitude in a German restaurant. Never again

NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL - even if on Google maps says that they close till 23:00, the staff rejected to attend us, found this completely rude from their side and after asking if I could use the toilet they mentioned "No due to corona restrictions" after that i replied that "I'm already vaccinated" and he said "It's only for guests" at the end i understand when people really want to reject you!! SHAME ON YOU!!

Great time! They only took EC cards when I went but that's standard enough here I don't think it stands out as particularly bad
