Top-notch equipment and a great space. Perfect if you're on a trip to Hamburg. It's wonderful to find a gym that has such good hours in Germany – great model.

Excellent studio concept! I like the do-it-yourself-approach. Compact and very convenience, great atmosphere and good crowd. I can definitely recommend this club.

A loyal member from Stadthausbrücke in Hamburg and Rosenthaler Platz, in Berlin for more than a year, then renewed with a new account.

A horrible experience with the new customer Service:

1) My membership was activated late, it took the customer service more than two emails to request my access PIN.
2) In one occasion, I was not able to access the studio because for some reason my PIN was not updated and no one was there to help.
3) The membership includes a personal training trial. Upon my first visit no one even mentioned this, or followed-up.

4) The cancellation policy and freezing of membership is not transparent, one needs to go through a terrible user interface to be able to find it.

5) Shower in Berlin under repair for multiple months, no email informing members.

A great gym in the middle of Schanze! Has everything you need to train. I have found the equipment and changing rooms are always clean and the place is never too busy. The club manager Kim is super helpful, friendly and runs a fantastic yoga class. I highly recommend it!

Can’t just go there and train no staff more automated only possible with a membership or appointment but it looked super nice

Been coming to Hamburg to record albums for a little while now, and recently discovered EVO, and it's been such a wonderful experience using the gym. They have everything I need to get a complete workout in, and such a friendly place. The manager Kim was extremely helpful and friendly and made me feel very at home working out. I highly recommend EVO to anyone for their workout needs.
