Hi guys from all around the world :) So it appears that the Domino's pizza we all know under the name "Pepperoni" in the US, England, Australia, France, Belgium etc has another name in Germany : "Salami" ! When I ordered here in Hamburg a pizza "Pepperoni", I actually got a pizza with pieces of chili pepper / Jalapeno, and no meat at all, I was puzzled, I explained that there was a problem, understood that here in Germany you need to say "Salami" and NOT "pepperoni", because "pepperoni" in German means chili pepper or Jalapeno, the staff was super nice and helpful and understanding, they made another pizza, this time the American "Pepperoni" / German "Salami", I was really grateful to them. I really love the taste of pizzas here.
I have been many times here and I never left disappointed.
The delivery time for the shop is also good and the staffs are also pretty nice.

Heute bestell angeblich nicht richtige Adresse keine Meldung Alte Nummer. Wollten die Pizza Liefern die sie nicht zustellen konnten statt Neue. Über 30 Mal bestellt und jetzt erstes Mal Probleme. keine Einigung möglich nach mehrmaligen bitten neu gemachte Pizza Erhalten. Kunden treue nichts Wert. Lieferung sonst immer sehr schnell. Immer Trinkgeld geben aber wenn Probleme dann Null Kulanz Null Verständnis Null entgegen kommen. Man ist wie sonst auch nur eine Nummer die abgefertigt wird. Leider eine sehr unschöne Erfahrung. Wir bestellen jetzt seit 4 Jahren sehr regelmäßig bei Dominos in Eidelstedt. Es wurde nie ein Fehler gemacht. Heute war statt veganer Salami Schwein auf der Pizza, was ich nicht essen konnte. Aber ein Anruf genügte und ich hatte blitzschnell einen Ersatz und sowas der Mitarbeiter im Laden, als auch der Fahrer waren super nett. Fehler passieren, das ist menschlich. Dass sie so schnell und einfach korrigiert werden, erlebt man aber selten. Vielen Dank und bleibt so lecker :)
