I have been here 3 times now and walked out the first two times absolutely delighted with my hair. Beatifully cut and styled. The 3rd time I was there it was an absolute disaster. The hair dresser was rude. My hair wasnt washed properly (i had to wash the rest of the shampoo out of it when i went home) and i left looking like a mess.

All in all not a bad hair salon but I will be wary about which hairdresser I let near my hair again.

I paid 23 euro for the ugliest haircut in the world.

I was looking for friseur nearby and find this place. The one reason I came there, place looks fancy for me.

The lady that was doing me a haircut was completely unprofessional. She was talking with her colleagues whole process.
I think if I do haircut by myself, it will be not as ugly.
I’m not even allow to do a haircut for my dog there. But I’m not even have a dog. I peace off!!

Ich war dort gerade zum ersten Mal und kann den Salon guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Hier wird man nett und kompetent mit einem guten Haarschnitt versorgt. Die Online-Terminvergabe klappt prima, die Friseurinnen sind nett, hören zu - und das Ergebnis ist toll. Ein Punkt Abzug, weil der Salon etwas gepflegter hätte sein können, es lagen große Staubflocken unter der Fensterbank und die Kaffeebar war nicht aufgeräumt - vielleicht war aber auch nur das Reinigungspersonal gerade krank. Auch wurde ohne Hinweis auf die Zusatzkosten gefragt, ob ich nicht etwas Conditioner in die Haare haben möchte - gottseidank kenne ich den Trick schon und habe verneint. Ich habe das in den anderen RYF-Filialen nicht erlebt und erwarte von einem Mittelklasse-Friseur, dass diese Abzockenummer nicht vorkommt. Alles andere war perfekt ????????!
