Just had 2 sandwiches and drink mango chia booster and my boyfriend a red curry chicken. The cashier helped really good with recommendation which smoothie is nice. This one is a healthy and a little sweet, tasted good.
Sandwiches on request warmed on grill and tasted really good.

Hopefully there will be coming a Dean u0026David soon in Holland (Rotterdam) and you will have me as a frequent customer.

I really liked their menu, the place and the vibe. The food is tasty and their have vegan options (in case you need them)

The barista told me they weren’t making smoothies anymore so I took a cold press, tried to pay with apple pay and it didn’t work, paid with my normal card and the barista said it wasn’t working and it wasn’t accepting my card, I don’t speak german and was trying my best to communicate but he told me it didn’t work, so I had to leave with nothing. I just saw the payment done in my bank app. Really not pleased.

EDIT: I contacted them and they replied very fast and apologised being very nice, and they even paid me back.

Always keep an eye on what you are about to eat! On our way out of Hamburg, enroute back to the Netherlands ,our last meal choice was dean and davids(the previous nights matcha latte was incredible), so we decided to give it a go....a 'fresh' and healthy meal before flying is a must....after ordering to eat in, a few minutes later the food arrived. The dishes were presented well, however on closer examination, not the freshest at all.....soggy, old tomato.....saturated,bruised and brown lettuce, and red cabbage literally dried and crumbling.....I let the staff know of these concerns, to which they nodded in agreement and that was the end of it. "Customer service at it's finest".....first and last....

Great service. Quick efficient food. Very tasty and fresh. Gluten free options clearly marked. Nice clean place to sit with plenty of seating options.

Really rude employer in the casse, he pretend doesn’t speak English, he answered in English after 5 times in German, really bad for store inside an international airport, the 1 star was just for the fresh food !
