For this price it's a great hotel! Very friendly service and great location. The room was clean, everything is just a bit shabby u0026 old but that was totally fine with us. Again, the price u0026 friendly staff are great.

I booked a hotel room for my mother and the hotel staff were very helpful and very friendly. The rooms were always kept clean. The hotel's location is very near the metro station and there are a lot of shops and restaurants with a 15 minute walk to Altona. Overall, it is a very good hotel if you are planning to book a room just to sleep in while you spend the rest of the day being outside.

I was very impressed with this hotel. The rooms and building look a little dated, but this wasn't an issue for me. It's clean and has character, the staff are friendly, and the breakfast is very good. I'm really happy with the quality considering the price paid and will definitely be staying again in the future when visiting Hamburg again.

La zona es linda, con bares y restaurantes. Habitation limpia.
No es cerca del centro para ir caminando. Contratamos con desayuno y no lo estaban ofreciendo, no fue lo acordado en la reserva.

They first booked into the wrong room. I left my stuff in the toom, incl. laptop and other electronic equipment, my business suite, etc. I went out for dinner, and when I came back they told me that they need led to give me a new room, and that they have moved all my stuff already (without asking me). I could forget about my business suite the next day (needed ironing) and my laptop didn't work anymore (maybe they dropped it). This is a no go! When I complained, they told me that it was my own mistake, as they misunderstood my name (as if it would be MY responsibility to match names to rooms). Finally, there was very simple and basic breakfast. Staff barely speaks English. I would rather book into a hostel or backpackers place for my next business trip to Altona...

Good early costumer service.
Unfortunately the hotel is not in really good shape and the cleaning is regular :(
