One of the best and most pleasant places in Hamburg, without a question.

First, the food.
Selected dishes with a Mediterranean vibe that are not easy to find in this city, or generally in Germany.
The kebab in pita is my favorite, together with the quintessential cauliflower in the oven.

The staff, the people, the vibe. The other main reason to come back to this place and what makes it lovable and turns you into a regular of the place.
Everything is always made with a smile and I'm always feel welcomed, sometimes with a shot of some nice drink.

5 stars all the way.

Rare for me to leave a 5* review. Very filling, softest pita, tasty falafel, great vibes, all the sauces and toppings compliment each other. It’s a must if you’re in the area.

I love it that they are vegan, but they don't shout it out loud at their customers. From Mezze we loved the cooked tomatoes the most. The main dishes were generous portions so we left the restaurant very full. The service could be a bit more attentive, we always had to ask for them to come over.

All of it: the food, the people, the vibe. Can’t remember I had hummus or falafel that tasty before. Fixed Vegan menu each week.

Amazing (vegan) food that also all meat-lovers will enjoy. It has only been open for six weeks when we visited but is already such a great success that we couldn't get a table for Saturday night. We came here after lunch hours on a Sunday and enjoyed the most amazing dishes we had during our visit in Hamburg.

You can tell that Simbiosa are still figuring some things out (the website is still in the making, so is booking a table done by calling a mobile phone number). Check out their Facebook page instead. The menu is changing so what you see on my pictures might be not available during your visit. They also ran out of some stuff when we came, but again that is something they will figure out in the future.

They serve good beer and a nice selection of softdrinks (check the hoppy apple).

Staff is super friendly and willing to help non-German speakers. Restrooms are clean.
You can even charge your phone/laptop since there is a power plug close to some tables.

Prizes are fair with 10€ for a main dish and selection of 6 starters for 12. You could also go wild and order 9 snacks for 16€, which were even better than my main dish. My non-vegan boyfriend didn't notice that all food was vegan and loved it too. I will recommend this place to all Hamburg visitors and will for sure go again if I come back to Hamburg. You can pay with card here.
