Beautiful little restaurant classically designed in central Hamburg city gives a feeling of having a slice of Paris in the heart of Hamburg, unfailing popularity derives from its superb traditional French fare. They offer nice food, coffee, staff and ambiance. Tables may be hard to secure without a reservation at usual dining times late in the week and on weekends.

Very good and lush breakfast. With the french version you get croissant and baguette together, which isn't always the case. Creamy cappuccino, outside seating and very forwarding and friendly staff. Worth a visit!

their coffee and ambiance are really original and very pleasant. The staff is friendly and the place looks clean ????????
The only drawback is that there is an excessive amount of noise inside, I think it is due to the acoustics of the place. ????
If you've been chatting and drinking coffee with more than two people, you may not hear each other, and you may have to shout while talking. (If its packed and mostly it is) When the weather is nice, I prefer to sit outside even though it looks very nice inside. I will go again to try their food next time ????

This is a very popular and a historical building. Really good food as well. But I am not so impressed by the service. So just 3 stars. Hopefully I can change my opinion when I am there next time.

A little bit of Paris-taste in Hamburg.
Went there on rainy Tuesday noon for brunch and had a very good steak tartare. Fries are not that good. Bread is just okay.
Good place to hang for a while and take some instagrammable photos.

Food is good but the service is totally absent / unfriendly. We were totally ignore for 20min when we arrived. I can understand that it’s the rush but a little word to say that they notice us would have been good!

What do you expect from a french bistro in the centre of Hamburg?
Great food. Great service. Sky high prices.
At least they delivered on the last part. It cost way more than it was worth.
Thirty minutes to get a table. Ninety minutes to get served.
Suggest going to McDonald's to ensure you don't starve to death before the food is brought to your table. The quality of food is also way better. ????
