Service, environment, home made burger patty and bun was great. However would not recommend bacon, cole slaw or the corn to anyone.

Very friendly staff. 5 stars for that part. The theme of the restaurant was 1950s USA was also nicely done. Liked the menu with food named after famous 50s ad 60s entertainers. Also top marks for the milkshakes that were delicious. With all of this, why only 3 stars? The quality of the burgers was low. Dry meat. Minimal taste. Large bread bun, but also dry and tasteless.

Best food in Hamburg, fast and really tasty. We love it. Delivery always before the time which is in the Lieferando app. Once was in this place and its awesome, very nice people work there.

Love the 1950's style, super cosy diner. Great menu options. Friendly staff. The food we got was just so disappointing. The fries were flabby and pale, the vegetarian burger was tasteless and same goes for the sandwich. What a shame. Hoping the chef just had a bad day since we really liked the cosy diner concept. Had we just been offered some hotsauce/seasoning and had the fries been left in the frier for a while longer, this could very well have been a 4 or 5 star review.

Really good ambient, 50`s style, with great music. The burgers are quite good and the fries are really good. They don't serve part of the menu during some hours of the day, which was disappointing because I couldn't eat what I really wanted.

Styled like an american diner in the 60's, the Burger Lounge is always full of customers. (And I always think that is a good thing.) They do delivery but if possible you should just get there and enjoy the mood of the place.
Great choice of burgers and sandwiches. If you like a good, fresh made burger this is your place.

If you eat there, the food is good, but it is a little place and outside it is loud. If you order it, the time the food arrives, the wedges are cold and then not good at all. The burger are correct except that they put too much sauce in it.
