Not really sure how this is a 4 star hotel. The rooms are extremely noisy - you can hear people walking around upstairs, talking in the corridors, brushing their teeth and goodness knows what else. For a place whose primary function is to ensure a good nights sleep
I would say this is a pretty big failing. Personally I won’t stay again.

Staff is super friendly here. Very spacious rooms and the design rooms look great. Can only recommend this hotel!

This is honestly a decrepit place masquerading as a 4 star hotel. I knew as soon as I saw the outside of the building that the photos on Booking.com were edited by someone skilled and touched up in a way that is misleading. The insides of the rooms themselves are drab, depressing, and isolating. The staff are incompetent, aloof, and confused. The double beds do not come with full sized blankets, rather two tiny ones - and when I requested a full size blanket - they said they didn’t have any and merely shrugged their shoulders. The reception staff not once picked up the phone, even though they claim to have 24 hour reception. The atmosphere of the entire hotel is eerie, cold and worse than clinical. As a solo traveller I felt creeped out. Furthermore, the hotel manager will scoff at your requests if you make them. Do yourself a favour and book elsewhere, even if you need to stay in this location.

We had an issue with an air Bnb and had to find a Hotel at 2 AM in the morning. I called and the employee was extremely nice and helped us out. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Walking distance from Sternschanze

The "Large" room is very spacious and comfortable, the mattress was no longer that firm, but we still slept very well!
Breakfast was not served as buffet (for legal covid-related reasons) but the staff made their best to transform the experience in a pleasant moment.
Location very good, with very regular bus to the heart of city centre.
Staff very friendly and helpful all around the clock

One of the best hotels I've been to, in Germany. Very clean, spacious rooms, great breakfast and very nice staff. Highly recommended!

Breakfast and Dinner was Amazing!! My party had 2 rooms and they were very nice. Big rooms. Lots of closet space. Very big bathrooms, with a separate shower and large bath tub. Beds were very comfortable. The restaurant is great and is worth going even if you're not staying at the hotel. WiFi was fast and free. Also, they had 6 electrical outlets next to the bed and 3 in the bathroom and many others in the room. Something I really liked. So convenient.
The hotel was a 4 minute walk to the tram. And there's a grocery market less than a block away. Definitely recommend staying here if you can get a room, they only have 46. Underground parking was nice also.
