Super fast and excellent service! English speaker friendly and you can use Apple Pay, card, or cash for the €12 address registration fee.

I came, see and registered at my new address.

All in all a pretty pain-free process. I would recommend to make an appointment through the online booking system before visiting the Kundencenter.

I had to wait for 2 minutes, before being seen by a city clerk and was able to jump the long queue of customers, who came to the Kundencenter without an appointment.

I went there before work at 7am, which probably also helped to speed up things.

it is one of the best customer centers in hamburg. They are very nice, friendly. it will take a bit long to got a response but it is normal in Germany to wait a bit. overall they will help you to resolve whatever you need to resolve.

Spacious place, but very bad in communication and that extra service u would expect in a place you will have to wait for perhaps a long time. There is no kaffe or even water u can drink. Let alone, food. I was here for 4 hours!!! For a Termin that did not needed a appointment upfront. After 4 hours i pushed my question why it took so long, and people where sick and not able to help. Waited for nothing! And if i did not ask i would have waited the whole day! I was there 45 minutes before opening time and had nr. 3. Still no luck. Thanks for the excellent service! haha! NOT!!! :(
