Not very spacious but quite nice, especially the outsides with swimming pool and picnic area. Minus points for the changing/dressing rooms being separated from the wc's and showering rooms -which are exceptionally small - by ca 75 meters and a flight of stairs.

It's was a nice swimming experience up until we were leaving. We couldn't go out cause our chip was
not working. I checked the chip on the machine and it says we don't have to pay. So the bald guy at the register started yelling at me in front of my kids and other customers. You should do this, and you should do that, and that's how how you get out of there. Rude, humiliating experience. Ruined the nice day that we had. He could have come over and showed me instead of yelling from the register. I feel he was racist and felt good yelling at me in front of everybody. Terrible experience in front of my kids.

Well equiped fun bath, very family friendly. Sadly the Sauna area was out of order.

A perfect evening for our first time in Hamburg. I always look for thermal baths when I'm in a new town or city and this place is up there with my favourites. Staff couldn't be more helpful in explaining everything and the meditation sauna we took was the highlight. A cute bistro as well, sitting there by the pool I felt like I was on a beach holiday. Thanks to all the staff for making it a great visit, we will return if we come back to Hamburg!

Really chill swimming pool with a lot of variety and very relaxing atmosphere. Good price for an afternoon of fun.

Staff are fantastic here. First time visiting and they were reallt helpful and friendly. The meditation sauna is really great, along with the other saunas and steam room. Nice quiet room to lounge in and read a book. Great that you can stay so long and even get a snack on site. Would be nice to see a hot tub or Jacuzzi but other wise a real treat.

Great place for kidsu0026family. The facility is big and it includes a variety of attractions indoors and outdoors for babies and grown kids. It’s clean. Price value is worth. Staff and visitors are friendly.
