Nice and clean, this is the most important criteria in my opinion.
What I think was missing were electricity plugs. There was one at one side of the bed, but not on the other side. Too less for two persons. One plug more was at the table and the last one close to the door.
The only thing which was not ok, was that I told at the reception in the morning there was no shower gel anymore, they promised to fill it up, but it did not happen.
The next guest who checked in, did not have it also so it might lead to further negative reviews.
Breakfast was good and hotel staff friendly. Overall good.

Room was nice, exactly as seen on pictures (although smaller than expected, like all hotel photos). Cleaners do a great job, no issues there at all. The breakfast was nice as well.
We had a room the was directly opposite the sbahn, so was loud. If you are a light sleeper, just ask for a quiet room. If you have neck issues, bring your own pillows as theirs aren't very good. All that being said, would still stay again, just bring our own pillows and ask for a quiet room.

You get what you paid for. Bed was not very comfortable. Stayed 2 nights. Breakfast was okay. But was shocked to see that cleaners had opened the room door and left door open with our belongings still in the room when we came back from a day in Hamburg. They did some cleaning and left. TV remote was not working. (414) Airconditioning suddenly getting hot while set on 18C. Opening the window was not helping because of noise of trains.
