It is a nice Bed u0026 Breakfast in Harburg, close to many restaurants, shops and to the S-Bahn station. Right now the hotel is renovation a big part of the building - however since I am out during the day until afternoon it didn't bother me. There is no elevator (yet- its under construction) So the access is not fit for everyone!
The hotel itself does not provide a parking service (normal in this area). There is a parking area (3 floors) next to the hotel where a day ticket costs 5 €.
The breakfast for 6 € is good. You can also have fresh scrambled eggs if you ask for it. Tea, coffee, juice to drink and fresh cheese, salami, fruits and cornflakes are available.
The service personnel is really friendly and helpful, which I really liked and kept in mind. Within 15 min you can be in Hamburg via the S-Bahn which is great. I do not recommend to use a car because of the horrible traffic!
For a Bed u0026 Breakfast the price is good for a short stay (business/travel)

Super hotel, clean and modern rooms , friendly staff, practical location and good breakfast. Parkhaus across the road only cost 5euros per day and it is also easy to get the train to Hamburg city and back, we were very happy and would stay again, thank yoou.

I found this place thanks to Booking and I chose that due to good evaluation I could find in the Booking system. First impression was a little bit confusing, the building did not look like a typical hotel, it was more like a block of flats. Small reception looked like in a hostel but do not be afraid ;-) The staff was very helpful, the accomodation was very good and so was the breakfast. I have been there 3 times since my first visit and I have been allways satisfied!

Was never no one in the front desk, the guy who eventually was in the front desk when done the check in, speaks no good English. When I asked if they could keep my luggage for like two hours, he denied saying the hotel would be close. ????

WORST PLACE!! I DON'T RECOMMEND UNLESS THERE ARE NO OTHER OPTIONS.

The heater did not work in my room. On informing the reception staff, the guy spoke in German pretending not to understand. So I had to wear an extra layer of clothes just to keep warm. Then the shower room keeps leaking water so it piles up on the floor as there is no drain. So the reception guy comes and complains the next day that there is water on the floor. I tell him that the shower room is leaking. He says I am supposed to take shower slowly and not allow the water to hit the glass compartment. He was super rude and made me feel very uncomfortable.

Really clean, comfortable, all in good taste. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location. Breakfast delicious and varied.

Awesome experience with good facility.Hospitality was good and they are very down to earth.good food,good amenities in reasonable price.I would definitely come here everytime and would suggest others also to stay in this hotel once.
