Update: after the below response. These resolutions that they note only came after waiting nearly 40 minutes. And for the manager to claim she didn’t know how we didn’t find each other is ridiculous. I sat in the reception of the spa for 35+ minutes and even called the main reception and went back up and noted the issue in which the main reception did nothing and ignored me.
Clearly based on other reviews this management just makes excuses.

Poor handling by the front reception and no connection between the reception and the spa. Waited 35+ minutes with no one at the spa to start my service. They ignored me (even the manager didn’t take my questions seriously, one at the front desk ignoring me and the other who finally helped dismissing me when I explained the issues) and then went on to help other guests mostly those who spoke German before even finding a resolve for me who had paid for a service.
As a hotel, health spa and facility this is not how you treat customers. Spa services are very good.
