Heute am 12.06.2022 bin ich um 13:50 zur Info / Rezeption gegangen und wollte meine Freundin besuchen. Ich fragte an der Info und wollte mein Corona Zertifikat zeigen, als die undfreundliche Frau an der Info sagte wir haben jetzt Übergabe , und Besucher können erst ab 14:00 Uhr rein, und ich solle mal Abstand halten ? Obwohl ich vor der Scheibe stand ? Sowas unhöfliches habe ich noch nicht erlebt! Wie kann man diese Frau da vorne sitzen lassen, die so mit Kunden umgeht ?? Traurig wenn solche Bewirtungen über das Krankenhaus geschrieben wird! Die Frau ist überhaupt nicht tragbar an diesen Platz! Ich behalte mir noch eine Beschwerde am Krankenhaus vor. So geht man nicht mit Kunden um. Die Schwestern und Ärzte sind sehr nett. Schade das am Wochenende die Kantine nicht auf hat. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus. Fahrstuhl ist defekt das ist nicht gut, aber es gibt ja noch andere die man benutzen kann.

Sterne gibt in der Hoffnung auf Besserung und weil die Ärzte hinter den unfreundliche Frauen am Empfang bestimmt qualifiziert sind. Nur kommt man eben nicht bis zu diesen durch.
Empfehle in Notfällen auf ein anderes Krankenhaus auszuweichen.

Kind wo anders entbinden kann… ich arbeite selber im Gesundheitswesen und der ganze Aufenthalt war alles andere als professionell, es war schrecklich und traumatisch…

Ich war in diesem Krankenhaus und kann nur gutes sagen.
Nach einer schweren Darm OP kam ich in die Geriatrie Station 13 wo ich sehr herzlich aufgenommen wurde.
Ich war sehr zufrieden mit dem zuvorkommenden Personal und der Pflege die man mir entgegen gebracht hat.Es wurde sich auch mal eine Minute Zeit genommen für ein nettes Gespräch.Alles in allem waren alle Pflegekräfte und Ärzte welcher Nation auch immer sehr höflich und freundlich.
