Very good value for money. The location is very central which is great and the rooms are very clean. The staff is friendly and efficient. The breakfast is ok as well but I prefer to eat outside. The bar has cocktails in bottles which are not great, better get a beer.

The staff is VERY kind. The basic room is basic. There was no refridgerator (to keep the food for the little one cold) and we had to ask for a water cooker, which they immediately delivered. Over all, a fine place to stay for one night.

First good: very helpful and friendly staff in all aspects including the breakfast staff. Price for parking in town center is reasonable at ;€6.50 per night and beds are comfortable. Shower and room are clean and well furnished. Nice modern hotel in town centre and access to all facilities and restaurants in the down.
Less good: pillows are far too soft and cheap like. Rooms are hot and with location near train linea opening the window is no option. Airco is a lousy system and does not cool. Min fridge would be a benefit. No proper table to work from.
Breakfast is basic and bread rolls are reheated and bland. With fresh bakeries in the region don’t know why this is done, cold meats and cheeses keep them covered iso of blowing cold air and drying out the food. Hope the hotel works on on some improvements and move into a great hotel, otherwise a reasonable to good hotel

Stayed for just one night. The hotel is about 3 years old but feels like new. The location is very central next to the central station and walking distance to the old town. Parking costs extra.

Some of the staff is very rude. We paid for breakfast for every morning and arrived 3 minutes late and they denied us entrance. One staff screaming loudly “Breakfast is over, SORRY!” while forcefully removing the registration papers for breakfast from our hands. Some customers were still eating breakfast and were left undisturbed.

The frozen pizzas taste really artificial. And the bar is open only until 10 pm.

very good value for money! we spent a dun day at playmobil park and stayed here for 1 night. we booked a superior room with 2 little kids and it was very comfortable. we will be back for sure :)

One of the best things about the hotel is its close proximity to the subway station. Its only a few minutes walk. The reception and the staff are very helpful. The room was spacious, clean and had a clean attached bathroom. But the room lacked some basic amenities like a cupboard to keep one's clothes. I had stayed there for a week and it was very difficult since I had no other option but to use my suitcase to keep the clothes. The room also lacked a study table and chair. It had a fairly large beanbag, which I found to be of no use, but occupied a lot of space. The spring bed was not at all comfortable. Two beds were joined together and due to the height difference of the beds it was really uncomfortable. There was no kettle, or a glass to drink water inside the room. I believe these are standard requirements / expectations in a room that charges a fairly decent rate.
