Rooms are clean and comfortable. Hosts are friendly (unlike what other reviewers posted).

But:

The neighbor across the street decided to play loud and annoying music with a speaker in his window directed straight at ours. Wonderful and pleasant neighborhood that is. Also other guests (in rooms and corridor) in the hotel very perceivable at night.

Additional charge for late check-in. The owner only asked for cash and I had to find the ATM late at night. Inefficient space allocation. Broken shower head, small refrigerator with poor performance. no air conditioning. . Do not be fooled by plausible pictures, but be aware of uncommon systems.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. You have everything you need, small kitchenette and bathroom, free parking, light rooms and a lot of space. Highly recommended for the families. Located near Altstadt. You need to call to host 1 hour prior arrival to get the keys and enjoy your stay.

Avoid if you can. The owner/manager is VERY rude and incompetent. Don't you dare not read the fine print that say you have to call an hour in advance for check in. Even if he is there he will not check you in before that time and will insult you if you dare say anything...

Poor. Only accepted cash and wouldn't refund when I need to leave 2 (of 6) days early. Tiny room. No parking. Very noisy outside.

Nice and modern rooms, balcony for some rooms, coffee machine and mini fridge in room , keypad/card locks, big TV,

The rooms are big and clean!! The beds are comfortable, everything it's ok!
