Beware! We arrived at 8pm as planned when we reserved, only to find that there is no reception. A sign on the door said to call a phone number, which we did multiple times, but we received a message saying the number was not reachable, and gave a number to text for a call back. No one ever called us back. We tried emailing but received no response either. We had to scramble to book a very expensive alternate hotel room, which ended up being expensive, aside from stressful as the surrounding hotels were all full!
A man called me the next morning to inquire about our arrival (clearly he had my phone number if he called me), and said he was surprised as they do their check ins that way all the time. That was a first, and hopefully the last time we run into that situation!
