Very nice service and talk good english. The breakfast is pretty good but the rooms are located in a seperate building than the reception and the rooms are quite old. No adjusting the ac in the room and the elevator is very sketchy, its bouncing when entering but its to be expected from a elevator from 1988

I stayed here on a business trip. Location was good, reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel seems to be split in two - the main hotel where the reception is and another building out the back and across the street.
The entrance to this second building smelled really bad and it was all through the stairwell too. The corridor where the rooms were was ok.
I thought the rooms were tired, dated and in dire need of renovation but the bed was comfortable and enough towels were provided.
My room was first floor and looked out on to the main street and I thought the curtains were too thin for privacy. Luckily there was some outer blinds but the mechanism for these was a bit broken and difficult to use.
Breakfast was simple but nice and check out was easy.
Since this was booked through an agency, I have no idea what I paid for it.

The room was quiet and it's in a good location, however we were put in rooms that were 1 star rooms and paid 4 star prices. Carpet was dirty and worn out, the walls were in poor condition, furniture was aged well. The bed was clean and mostly comfortable at least. The breakfast was pretty good as well. Some rooms have been updated, so you might get a good room staying here, but the room I was in was not worth the price paid.

The good - Location is fantastic. The OK - No hotel parking - you have to drag your luggage to the rooms from the parking garage. The hotel has two separate buildings, and we ended up in the one behind the reception. The room was big and comfortable, the design was very modern and we slept well except for the noise of the people outside in the shopping area. The staff was somewhat grudging about almost everything I asked, and in two days of preparation for the trip, I never managed to get the front desk on the phone.... The bad - The room was too hot with no way of cooling without all the windows open. Water pressure in the shower was marginal and noise in the hall was quite bothersome at times.

I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay downtown on the promenade. The location is awesome, my issues were mostly annoyances but they bothered our party.

To be fair, I should give this place three stars even though I feel like it deserves one or two. If you're traveling on business and need internet access do not stay here, it's worse than dial-up. The rooms are very small, show wear and have poor lighting; bathroom was extremely small. Staff wasn't very friendly. Also worth noting: there is no central location for this hotel - the rooms are scattered throughout the neighboring buildings. So if you're traveling with a group, that may be an unexpected problem.

Perfect. The hotel is in the center of the town, split into two parts on the main street. The rooms furniture is new and modern. The room for the breakfast and reception are situated in the second building across the street. The staff is very supportive, the food is very good. Thanks!

Excellent location. It's a few steps away from the pier. All kinds of restaurants and shops around you. A big supermarket is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Good clean room with enough space. Good breakfast. It was a pleasant 11 day business stay.
