Simply hotel to stay a couple of nights. Confortable room and great location (3 min from train station and lake). A bit overrated.

Hotelroom is very noisy, partly due to the same floor reception and noisy door. The room is very warm and no airco. No view from the room, we even have to keep the windowcovers closed to avoid people from looking inside. The bed is very small, (1.20 m) wide and the matress is hard ans smells bad.

Positives are the decent location, clean bathroom and fairly modern furniture. The staff seems friendly. There is tv and the sheets are cleaned daily. Besides, the bottle of water is nice. There is potential, either by fixing the mentioned points above or lowering the prices. I've visited 5 hotels in a row for the alpenstraße and this is by far the least good one.
