After 8pm there is no one available if there is a problem with your reservation. Not even the phone numbers are legit. After having big trouble with our booking, kind giests let us in...so that in case we could sleep on the couch in the reception. All the other guests had as well problems with reservations or with other financial stuff...not the best therefore.
Other than that the rooms are quite nice and modern. Nice bathroom even with led lights (not especially needed tho). The breakfast is nothing special because if you want jam, eggs or butter with your bread you have to pay for it on a vending machine...didn't like it.
Even though I had to push to get the full refund, in the end we got it.
Wouldn't recommend, only if it is really last minute and you have nowhere to go...
All in all, VERY ODD!

Lodged here for a short time as it was fair priced and not too far away from the places I had in mind. Check in is really 24 hours ( key box ). Interior ( carpets for instance ) could be better but considering the price it was okay. On-site parking is additional 5 EUR and off-site parking spaces are rare. The actual location which can be noisy. Staff was friendly.

Over rated, Holiday Inn is FAR better. Excessively expensive 194€ for a plain room, no AC!!! Barely slept and breakfast from a distributor that is also too expensive, coffee machine not working... one of the most disappointing hotels I’ve seen, especially as they are considered “luxury”. For a decent nights sleep, go to a well known chain like Holiday or Confort... you’ll wake up refreshed AND get a decent breakfast!

Very friendly staff, great price and clean rooms. Rooms are all in different styles. Not the typical boring room. Vending machines, free WiFi and computer station. American style breakfast. Supermarket across the street. Free parking.

No minibar, no aircondition. The breakfast is the poorest what I have ever seen even I use to stay every night another hotel. Only dry, rewarmed frozen cakes on paper plate, nothing else. Coffee in paper "glasses". No juice, no yoghurt, no coldcuts, no cheese. Such a shame!
