No one at the entrance to get cards, waiting and waiting. But they weren’t busy. Unfriendly staff, lethargic and lost.

Terrible pizza or pinsa as they call it. Hard base and dry. Seems to be pre-made bases.

Lasagna was equally bad. Tomato sauce on top weirdly.

Dishes left on tables for too long after guests have left.

Vapiano needs to bring this place up to the brand standards.

I love Vapiano, but this was by far the worst one I have been to. I had to wait 45 minutes in a line to get my food, my friend eventually left her line because she couldn't wait any longer. I ordered the reef and beef salad and a Bruschetta. I pointed to the Bruschetta on the menu and I clearly said Bruschetta, but he made me some other starter and then tried to blame me saying I pointed to another starter, but I had said Bruschetta very clearly to him so it was not my mistake. Then he told me they have run out of bread so he can't make it. I went to eat my salad and the ingredients were not fresh at all. The grilled vegetables in my salad were slimy and the prawns had a very fishy taste and my beef was so over cooked it was chewy. I went to complain to the manager and he didn't care at all. He didn't even respond to me and I felt very ignored. Absolutely shocking service and terrible food.

We surprised too cheap price with so delicious dishes. We stayed in Colombi hotel for 5 days and we tested some restaurants pasta dishes but vapiano pasta dishes are the best. It was our first time in Vapiano. Nice place. The Italian cook made two pasta dishes was too good(Beef u0026 Spinach). Just amazing. We talked with him he is from Rome and all the workers speak italian. All workers are so friendly. Thank you so much for give us a nice evening. See you next time.

One of the best Vapiano’s I’ve been to in Europe. We came here on our first night at Europa Park for dinner. The 2nd night we planned to eat somewhere in Rust near our rental, but didn’t trust the quality of the local restaurants after reading reviews. So we played it safe and came here again. Totally worth the 30 minute drive from Europa Park. Very clean and not crowded at all. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the cooks were awesome!

There’s a large parking garage right across the street from the entrance. Maximum height 2.1 meters.

The pasta was good, but the soup not so much. On the other hand, it does not make sense (from my point of view) that you have to queue to order the Pasta, while others are waiting for theirs to get prepared. Why not take all orders and work with the "vibrator thingy" that lets you know when your food is ready? I have seen it in other Vapiano restaurants and it is much more comfortable!
