We had an amazing day with his ebikes. He is a very friendly guy and has great service. If your battery is empty halfway he will come and fix it for you. He also helped us with some routes in the area

First time in Freiburg and I went with Matthias on a tour. He is willing to customize tours to your skill level and desires. He was very knowledgeable about the history of the area and even showed me around altstadt. The bikes are in excellent condition and made the hill climbs easy! The downhill was an absolute blast but you have to get used to the heavier bike. Matthias runs a professional business and his customer service is above and beyond. See you again soon!

We had an amazing ride. Brand new high-end mountain e-bikes with powerful bosch CX motor. They really take the time to fully adjust the bike to your height and body weight before you go.

Great customer experience, with giving advise on trails and providing all additonal equipment for free. Highly recommended!

Very good service, one of the rare options for a sunday ride. Moreover, the bikes were on perfect conditions, and very accomodating, even though I forgot to bring back the accessories i borrowed.
My best experience in bike rental in Freiburg so far !
