Unbelievably good customer service. I was floored. Bought some (very cool and reasonably priced) cuckoo clocks as a souvenir. The owner tested all of them to make sure they worked because before packing them (to make sure recipients in the states would not be disappointed by a non-functioning clock!). She gift-wrapped them beautifully and threw in a couple of bags of Black Forest-themed gummy bears for free. Support this store!

I used my one year old gift coupon which was given to me as a my wedding present. I live in a different City and I coordinated with them about ordering and delivering cuckoo clocks through phone conversations. They were very helpfull and supportive and I was able to get what i needed with perfect packaging and we love it.
