This people in the head quarters steal their costumers. As simple as that. They offered me a free month in order to compensate all troubles, but they charged it at the end. After many emails, that they block and/or simply REFUSE to answer, they told me they'll make an transaction. But they did with less amount. Totally stunning.
Summer 2018:
Air conditioning is brocken since months just because they do no want to pay the reparation. Instead they spend money in ridiculous plastic plants and other useless decoration. Costumer service is shameless (in the head office), unprofessional and a dissaster. Here in Freiburg the team tries to be nice, but their hands are tied, because they depend completely on the head office, even to buy a pair of cheap ventilators, that can be purchased in Mediamarkt, wich is 13 minutes walking from the club. It is a shame, because it is a great club and location. But they only think about benefits, appearance. Wish this club could be ruled by another company.
