Friendly atmosphare, the sales man/women are very nice, in this building you have also dm and Rewe. From cloth to house artickel you get everything here.

Karstadt is a great department store. I find everything I need here. Excellent price and Central location. Highly recommended!

Wanted to buy some bowls on one of the top floors. The Older lady serving me took her sweet time offering help or services even though it was obvious she was doing nothing else and there were no other customers. Then she was incredibly rude not to mention racist, unfriendly and offensive when I asked her for help finding a Japanese style of bowl. Disgusting behavior and very disappointing.

Clothes shopping sections are so damn good. They have most of the brands. Bonus is, almost all brands have sale section. Staff is busy is packing and repacking, they cannot be of much help.
