Very clean hotel. Private parking. No air conditioner in the room and poor internet connection. The location is not great but there is a tram station very close to the hotel and you can reach city center in 15-20 min. Decent breakfast.

The room was comfortable and clean. I love how everything was decorated for Christmas. The staff was so sweet and kind to our family. The food in the hotel restaurant was amazing . I would also give them 5 stars. I also love that this hotel is pet friendly. My 10 yr old Boxer also accompanied me on this trip and she was at ease in the room as well. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family. I hope to return soon.

I stayed in the Hotel Restaurant Bierhäusle in Freiburg for my business visit. It is a nice hotel not far from the central station if you take a tram if 9 minutes. The only problem I had was of Windows! They were not sound proof because of which I could sleep as there were few people outside the restaurant of the Hotel who were talking no loudly that I can hear them clearly at 1 am! I would recommend any other hotel for stay in Freiburg and keep this as backup!

Very nice hotel with modern rooms and an excellent restaurant. Free parking while train station Paduaallee is a 5 minute walk away from which you take the S 1 train exactely to the beautiful center of Freiburg. (station Bertholdbrunnen)
The food in the restaurant was amazing, therefore a reservation is recommended.

The staff is friendly and helpful to travelers with limited German language ability. The breakfast has good variety and reasonably priced. I ate there one night and had deer and venison ragout. The game was nice and tender, so they have a good kitchen. If you want to eat dinner, reservations are a must as locals eat here, too. The exterior of the building is different from the surrounding ones which makes it easy to spot at night.

We only stayed at Bierhäusle for one night on our way back home from Italy. The hotel and rooms are up to good standards. Spacious and very clean rooms. The hotel and its staff show warm and personal German hospitality all over. Very kind people and a great breakfast in the morning. We unfortunately arrived too late for dinner, but that looked great too. Too bad we couldn't stay longer to enjoy the hospitality and explore the Black Forest further. We will definitely do so next time.

Beautiful strategically located hotel on your Europe road trip. Excellent service and amenities. Very friendly owner and staff. Great parking for motorcycle tourers. You can even charge your Tesla here!
