Very bad experience with the owner or the person at reception. On one hand the other people were treated very nicely and all requests were agreed upon but on the other hand we as internationals were treated like some slaves. The person always shouted initially while checking in and while checking out, we felt like hotel service has no value over colors

Perfect as a roadstop hotel. Clean, air-conditioned, close to a good restaurant and shopping centre, plus it even has a kitchionette.

Clean rooms, nice bathroom, spacious with balcony. Right next to a tram stop so easy to get into the city from there in about 20 minutes. Wifi at night very spotty, not able to handle a lot of people on it. Some construction going on right in front, right next to a convenience store/gas station which is nice

A small and simple hotel on the outskirts of Freiburg. The rooms are clean. There is free parking and a good breakfast at an additional cost. The hotel is in a good location for star treks in the Black Forest and Europa Park

Awful service, not suggested: consider spending a little more to have a way better experience!

We had a problem with this hotel and not only we weren't helped, but they never answered either. From what we could see, people here are really unfriendly and they only care about your money. After the payment, you are left completely on your own.

[Everything they reply now is completely useless as well as false since the real problem is that they completely ignored us in the last two weeks, I never mentioned refund in this review]

Very convenient place for people visiting Europa-Park. Not really far from the highway exit. You also have a petrol station next to. Just cross the road you have the tramway this goes to Freiburg city center. In case you arrive late,. There is a mall at 5 min walking distance and it opens till 10pm.
Breakfast was really good. we were lucky to find a room for 5 of us. Was quite big with a balcony. I have to mention also the kindness of the staff.

Very nice and helpful staff, great breakfast and the hotel room was clean. The beds were really comfortable. We just didn't like the design of the room too much.
