Super good and comfortable. The kitchen is big, and in room beside you can spend a good time here with books, mini table tennis, computer and lots of things.
Outside the room there is a big open place where you can enjoy the sunshine.
I'm very satisfied.

You feel home!!! I stayed there two nights, the 9th and 10th of October based on a recommendation from a friend.
Positives:
1- The owner, Michael, is a really nice guy and tries his best to keep it clean.
2- The room' s design, colour and furniture are really beautiful and relaxing.
3- About a 5 minute walk to Edeka (a supermarket), which closes at 22:00. Really good to buy what you need.
4- About a 10-minute walk to the bus station, Bus 14, and there is also a bakery and a cafe at the same corner.
5- The female shared bathrooms were clean and hot water.
6- I noticed there are shared areas in the ground floor for playing, etc, I did not use them, but it seemed cool.
Negatives:
1- The internet during my stay was not that stable, which made it difficult to call using the internet connections.
2- The shelves of shared refrigerators lacked fixed numbering. I could not find the number 4 and my single sandwich was shifted constantly
3- The windows lacked a net, therefore a lot of nature's bugs made their way in while opening the window :) , but that is expected with how green the area is...
I will definitely book there for my next visit there in Freiburg/German p

Nice a little far from city center. But you have the bus 14. So not a big problem. Very hot no fan or AC!

It is really good according to its price, only problem is not every room has bath
