Ich war August 2020 und Februar 2021 in der Augenklinik Ambulant.

Februar 2021 dann hieß es erneut es sei kein Problem.

Ich erklärte meine Situation, dass ich befreit bin und dies mit der Ambulanz abgeklärt sei.
Mein Attest wurde genommen und es kam eine Dame zurück mit den Worten, es gilt Maskenpflicht für alle ausnahmslos und dass ich wiederkommen soll, wenn Corona vorbei ist.
Das ließ ich mir nicht bieten weil die Anfahrt mit meiner Angststörung mit dem Zug schon schwer genug war und dann noch die Kosten für die Übernachtung, da konnte ich nicht einfach gehen.
Ich bekam eine OP Maske, es waren 6std, wo ich dort war davon nach den Untersuchungen ca. 1,5std Wartezeit bis der Arzt mir sagte was ich habe.
Während der Behandlung und dem Hin und Her, machte mein Kreislauf schlapp, interessierte es jemanden vom Personal, Nein.
Mir ging es noch Tage nach dem Aufenthalt nicht gut, da war die Diagnose Makulardegeneration im Vergleich zur der Tortur nicht mehr das Schlimmste gewesen.

Und nun soll ich am 10.6 wieder dorthin, weil es sich verschlechtert hat und bekam am Telefon gesagt, dass ffp2 Maskenpflicht herrscht und eine OP diesesmal noch nicht einmal drin ist.

Hammer hart.... Wir hatten um 9:30 unseren Termin mit einem Kleinkind, um 15 Uhr sind wir dann raus gewatschelt.
Als man dann mittags um 13 Uhr mal die nette Dame angesprochen hat wie lange diese ganze Untersuchung noch gehen soll, wurde ich in einem nicht so netten Ton drauf hingewiesen, (es steht auf dem Zettel bis 15 uhr kann es gehen.), was da gar nicht drauf stand und aus trotz Reaktion nochmal einen Zettel ausdrucken. Dann findet man auch in dem ganzen Krankenhaus keinen Geldautomat, aber ein Casino haben... Und wenn man fragt wo kann man Geld wechseln, wird man durch die halbe Klinik gejagt. Man bekommt Strafzettel weil andere zu dumm zu parken sind und man sich einfach nicht richtig hinstellen kann. Aber haaay fast 7 Stunden für einen Termin gebraucht der eig nur ne halbe Stunde geht. Vill wäre es eine Option einen Patienten nach dem anderen zu behandeln und nicht alle gleichzeitig.
