If you are looking for a place to host your (birthday) party this is a nice bar, but I'm not sure it's as nice if you are with a group of friends looking for a place to drink and to dance. Music is good, and Zouzou serves cocktails (though the choice is somewhat limited). The place is not too big, there are standing tables and you can sit along the windows. It's allowed to smoke inside.

Perfect place, delicious breakfast, fresh juice and excellent coffee. Found it accidently walking around Frankfurt, and I can only recommend
