Overall, it’s good value for the price especially booking last minute. The hotel is very renovated, but could have been better designed and up-kept. Big hotel vibe but rooms are small, lobby is nice, hotel bar looked nice too. Service could be improved

Just returned from a weekend stay at Motel One, Frankfurt. It totally exceeded my expectations. With such a reasonable price I never expected it to be as high end as it was. Beautiful interior design and friendly staff but the location is its biggest asset. So well placed for seeing everything Frankfurt has to offer. I will definitely return here if I'm back in Frankfurt. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall, very good stay. Tram stop was right outside the hotel. Cleanliness top notch. Housekeeping has to be applauded. FO was very friendly. Minor points to improve: The bottle of shampoo provided was good but difficult to extract from the bottle and paper cups could be placed on the small table in the room rather than toilet for sanitary reasons. Bed could be slightly firmer.

We ended up in Frankfurt by accident and needed a last minute place to stay. We picked Motel One because it was cheapest. It turned out to be FANTASTIC! Everybody was so nice, the hotel is beautiful, the room was lovely and clean. A great deal.

My colleague and I had a terrible experience in the hotel bar. My colleague who was one month sober ordered a non-alcoholic cocktail but received one with alcohol. She paid for the drink, then noticed that there was alcohol in it and told the waitress, but the waitress was rude and refused to accept the mistake. After arguing with us the waitress simply left and did not even offer to redo the drink.

In general, this hotel tries to look modern and chic but is missing most things that make a hotel comfotable. No kettle or iron, no mini fridge, no water in the rooms, no glass to drink tap water out of or put a toothbrush in (especially disappointing when it is 40 degrees outside), one pillow that is extremely lumpy and the other that is paper thin, poor breakfast, the list goes on.

Very small room for two people. Nowhere to unpack but very clean and convenient to city center and transportation. Bar looked nice but crowded at night and breakfast so we did not eat nor drink on-site.

Amazing quality hotel for its prices. But no fridges nor phones in rooms. Super cool lobby bar area and convenient.
