The food was okay, it's pretty normal. If it's only for food I'd give 3-4 stars. But the service was less than 1 star. I wanted to order for 5 people but the woman was annoyed all the time because there was a tiny line behind us (like 2 people waiting, but there was another staff there!), and after every meal I order, she just tells me how much it will be. I say "No that's not all, we are 5 people and I'm ordering for 5", then she sighs and yells something and after the next order she tells me the price again. I say "I'm not finished" again, then she looks/acts/says something frustrated. By the way, I was ordering in German language, not in English, and as I was with my guests, I didn't show my frustration at all and was smiling to her all the time.
The thing that came out was also slightly different from how I ordered (e.g. curry powder on, although I didn't order it, etc.).
At the end, the woman gave us 91 cent less change. We didn't have a small coin for 9 cent, so we gave her a 2 Euro coin, then received only 1 Euro back. She was really in a bad mood and was already talking to the next customer so I just gave up and didn't ask for the 91 cent.
I mean, if you don't like the job, just quit. Lots of tourists are coming to this place (in our case, it was the first time for my guests to be in Germany) and you are making the impression of Germany really horrible. I'm not German, but want to protect German people's reputation....
