The staff, Mr. Tang, was very helpful. He answered all of our questions and was very patient. We got new mobile phones, internet and home phone. We are very pleased. He was very professional and we will be back definitely for future products. I highly recommend this store.

My family and I were visiting Vodafone branch at Frankfurt, and we met with Dat. While getting our new plan and new cellphones, Dat was very helpful, polite and patient. When we were leaving the store, we left happy and satisfied with exceptional customer service. I would definitely recommend visiting Vodafone at Frankfurt Mall.

Amazing customer service! I went to the store to discuss a few concerns. The staff went above and beyond not only to answer my questions but also to resolve the issue! Few days later I received a call from the company confirming the issue was resolved. The staff took the time to answer my questions, to explain the process and to resolve the problem. I was impressed.

Very happy with the service, the staff was very helpful and nice, especially Mr. Tang. I would personally recommend taking the trip to the Hessen Center just to get the appropriate service, friendliness and overall the best care you can get when it comes to cell phone customer service.
