They had our passports in the office and they just needed to process them so we can get them, talked to many Ukrainians outside having the same bad customer service with this location. It's causing people hardship. I asked to talk to a supervisor after saying it many times and I was direct to another employee pretending to be the supervisor after I was told he is not in office. Very shady business.

Excellent service - MBE of Frankfurt helped me by shipping a valuable piece of artwork from Germany to the US, promptly and securely and with no problems. The firm picked up the item from the auction house and packaged it well. Arrived via UPS very promptly. Jaap and team was great to work with. We are based out of the U.S. and needed some devices picked up at a datacenter and shipped. Jaap and team picked up devices packaged and shipped for us. Will definitely work with them again if we need things taken care of.
