Good location and clean place, but licking shower and broken handle on shower door in room 25. Very long waiting time on reception at Friday 4.6. due to system problem.

Location was superb, staffs were quite friendly, breakfast was good but repetitive. Room size was quite big, basic toiletries were provided. Could be better if drinking water was given for free on a daily basis. Wheelchair accessible on most floors especially the entrance. Room was clean. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travellers.

Good location and only 27 minutes walk to city centre. Staff helpful and friendly. The bar was a little underwhelming and not a lot of stock which was a shame but apart from that pleasant stay.

If there were 4.5 stars, I would have gone for it but 5 stars are a bit too much.
At the moment there is a big construction behind the Hotel. My wash basin had a crack right through in room 26. Tap was very low pressure. The single standard provided what is needed and the bed was good.
Free water bottle was exchanged 2 nights of 4. The staff is very friendly and on reception 24/7.
