Ich bin seit November bei der Akademie angemeldet und habe schon super viel gelernt! Mit dem Probetraining konnte ich bereits einen guten Eindruck gewinnen und habe mich deswegen direkt angemeldet. Für die Selbstverteidigung ist es super sinnvoll, zusätzlich ein klasse Ausgleich zum Arbeitsalltag und man bleibt einfach fit.
Alle Mitglieder und die Trainer sind super sympathisch, sodass man sich einfach wohlfühlen muss.
Zusätzlich zu den Kursen werden Prüfungslehrgänge, Einzelunterricht und diverse Ausrüstung sowie Sportler-Verpflegung angeboten.
