I recommend this hotel
It’s very cozy and peaceful
The breakfast is good and service is excellent easy chick in early morning and night
Near the mall so you can walk and enjoy the weather also there is a lot of cafe and restaurants around it

This was the worst bed I've ever experienced in any rented room. I hope it's just room 401 and you don't have rickety spring mattresses in all rooms. Please replace them. I ended up sleeping on the floor after 3 hours of delirious tossing and turning while the springs bluntly stabbed me. I tried the phone for room service but failed to get it to connect and I was too tired and frustrated by then to do anything except set the floor up for sleep finally.

You get a star back for the kind and helpful staff who set up a travel bed in my room for the rest of the stay. The new bed wasn't actively terrible. (Thank you to the staff, sorry for this bad review)

The location is great.

I really tried my best to find one good thing! I'm terrible sorry for any staff, they tried so hard to get at least one smile on any face of us (family of five).
This "hole" is just OLD!! Nothing works properly anymore. Everything is completely used to the very end. Ok, it's still works and a mattress is Mattress, but I believe their has been 6 million people on it already...
Even the water pressure is almost not there...

As I said... I tried my best to find anything good - unfortunately I wasn't able ????

Good and clean hotel located within a shopping centre which also have its own metro station and bus stops. The hotel is not that close to the city centre but the metro station will connect you to the city and main train station in about 15 or 20 min.

The staff is very friendly, the room has a good size and the breakfast offer the common buffet selection you can find in any hotel

An amazing hotel! A bit far away from the city center, however, very well connected with the subway to the most important points in Frankfurt. Very clean, nice rooms, amazing view, delicious breakfast, fast and efficient service. I would highly recommend it to every traveler who wants to be a bit far away from the city noise after long sightseeing. Not mentioning that the shopping center Nordwestzentrum where you can find absolutely everything is just in front of the hotel. One more notice: the entrance of the hotel is on the same level as most shops (the top floor with the elevator after you exit the subway station) opposite to the Postbank.

Nice one. Great view. Great location. You have a mall near you, just as you exit the motel. Also, the bus station is 100 metera away from the motel's door. But not so many parking spaces. It is nice to visit, especialy in the summer. It has a pool, and a place where you stay and enjoy the sun.:)

Parking for a night - 12 Euro extra, not in a quiet place, WC not clean, reception does not speak German, mattress is old. Overall max 2 stars. There are better options in/around FFM.
