Brand new opened 1st Sept 2022. Room was good. Bathroom would have been great if it was 1sqm bigger. Too tight for 2 in the room. Breakfast area felt nothing like what the hotel looks and feels like and was the deal breaker (cheap flash green mats! What a joke). Bad job there. Overall decent but not value for money. There are many options in Frankfurt so it’s easy to find better locations.

Had an awful experience during check-in dealing with Matthis Werler, he was extremely rude and full of arrogance in all his responses and did not address our concerns, as a Titanium Elite member I have never received poor customer service like this. He is clearly not fit to be an assistant manager, I was shocked that this was his position.

Luckily, the rest of the folks I encountered were excellent, including Alexander, Hossain, Jaber, Mikita, and Julian. They saved the visit from being a 0-star visit.

Additionally, every hotel I stay at has water bottles available for their guests, but I found myself thirsty often with no access to water bottles.

Excellent service at the front desk, in the Club Room and in the Grand 7 restaurant, and good food and drinks in both places. My Grand Deluxe room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Overall, however, the room furnishings were limited and uninviting. Bathroom was elegant, but the shower had no gasket between the two pieces of the glass wall so water poured out onto the floor with every shower. Hotel is in an excellent location that allowed me to walk to and from most major tourist sites.

Great hotel, the lobby is clean, well kept and the staff are all friendly and helpful. Many of them asked us about our stay when coming and going, and all of them were happy to help with any questions or knowledge of the local area. The room service menu is extensive and has a lot of healthy choices, and the wait time for service was not long at all. The gym is like a lot of hotel gyms, fairly small but it has enough equipment and a free weights area for a significant workout. The spa was closed for renovation when we visited but the treatments areas were still available, the staff here were again friendly and gave a great massage. Overall the hotel is a great place for business or leisure stays.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Even though I stayed 5 nights using points, I was upgraded to a magnificent suite. I found service in all hotel departments to be excellent - front desk, housekeeping, Westin Club, and porter services. They went out of their way to make my husband and I feel very valued as customers. The location is great. Easy walk to old town, shopping, and many sites.

the location is perfect. you can walk to great restaurants and shops. the staff was attentive and professional. the Concierge Kevin, was one of the best we have ever used. the room was clean and good size of europe and the club amenities were great.
no paying for breakfast or snacks.
will definitely stay there whenever we return

Had a wonderful meeting experience here. Very easy to work with the staff and get exactly what we needed. The food for the meeting was fantastic. The staff speaks exceptional English too. Overall a really positive experience. We would definately come back for our meetings and hotel stays. The hotel rooms were very nice too. But the staff really makes the hotel attractive.
