First of all i want to thank the wonderful lady who provided us with a great service from start to finish. We found exactly what we were looking for. We are in love with the wedding rings we bought there and will definately visit again.

Made a very bad experience in this shop when buying our wedding rings and I wanted to sell some old gold.
Once we chose our rings we didn’t get any order receipt with the details to both rings. We were concerned about the ordered rings and the owner of the shop reacted very bad, screaming on the phone justifying, that they are a family business and don’t do paperwork like that.
Offering him my old gold he wouldn’t put the gold on scale in my presence and then offer a price. When I told him that this is standard procedure he reacted again choleric. Very bad customer service. I am sorry I chose this place.

We bought 2 pairs of earings today and had very good service and price was also reasonable. The shop has a nice selection of materials and designs too. Highly recommended.

Great shop experience, gives the feel of a family business that takes care of each customer.
We had just a little situation with our wedding rings, we were said it will last maximum 3 weeks and they will call when ready. I called in the 4th week and then they told that they will be ready in 2 days.

Very pleasant experience coming here to get a ring resized and a necklace repaired. Good quality work and communication. I also like that the place is a local business. I would come back here again.

Well-made ring at reasonable price, friendly and patient people in the shop, easy to communicate in both German and English. 价廉物美， 服务周到，可以用英语顺畅交流。
