Rooms are clean, but are small.
Towels and bins were changed daily.
Location was prefect for us as it was 1km from the messe and only a few minutes scooter ride from the centre.
decent service from the hotel concierge.
could do with a few more irons and boards as there are only a handful for the entire hotel.
overall happy with the stay, basic but did the job.
you get what you pay for!

Nice place to stay a few days in Frankfurt. The rooms are clean and comfy and the staff is fine.

It is nearby the central station as well as the tram station. The only negative point concerns the neighbors living nearby the station

Walking distance to main train station and just 13mins train ride to airport. Room is clean and surroundings is filled with eateries and shops. Very convenient.

Very good location close to Frankfurt messe, also close to restaurants and shops.
Rooms are average, staff are helpful when needed.

Simple hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable room and very good bed. I enjoyed my 10 day stay. In hindsight, as a value-for-money hotel, I could not ask for better. When my time to leave came, at 6am, the receptionist went out of his way to help me with my suitcases and to negotiate, in German (which I don't speak), with a truculent taxi driver. I can truly recommend this hotel.

I've stayed at the Corner Hotel each time I'm transiting through FRA over the past 10 years and always had a good experience until this time. I won't be staying there again.

Pros: Room was quieter with windows closed than what a lot of the reviews say. Maybe because the room was on the 4th floor? Bathroom was very clean.

Cons: Had extremely odd service from the man at the front desk when we checked in. He was very frazzled and made me uncomfortable. Our main issue was that we booked a double bed but got 2 separate twin beds instead. When I went back down to let him know, he got very flustered saying that the bed was supposed to have been pushed together by staff (okay, not my fault!). Then he started to offer a different room that was already set up as a double, but then said he'd rather push our beds together but couldn't at the moment because he needed to help other guests. I honestly was ambivalent about the whole thing but said we'd be fine to switch rooms. Then he starts to ask me if we already used stuff in the first room because we wouldn't be able to re-book it tonight (all this is WAY more than I need to know or care about as a hotel guest!!!). He was so flustered and antagonistic it put a totally sour taste in my mouth. We ended up moving to the other room which stunk of smoke and we ended up sleeping with the windows open which was not ideal. I have no idea what happened to this hotel- maybe hard times with the pandemic- but at the very least, I would expect someone with customer service experience to serve guests and to try to give guests as seamless an experience as possible. I'll add that the woman who was at the reception in the morning actually seemed totally competent and nice.

Also the area is definitely sketchy as others describe. I had never noticed it before in the past but this time was very strange with lots of people on drugs (though not necessarily dangerous!).
