The apartment itself is good and clean.
I definitely agree with the other comments on the heat issue and ventilation . An A/C would resolve this easily!

However my main issue was the area around the Hauptbahnhof where the accommodation is located. It’s very dodgy, I did not feel save even walking the 7 min from the train station.

Would have gladly given 4 stars if it wasn't for the nightmare of the sleeplessness. Due to no air conditioning you have an impossible dilemma: either you won't sleep because of the temperature (30 degrees inside) or, if you decide to open the window, because of the unbearable noise coming from the streets (have never heard so many cars blasting music for the whole city to hear, plus the neverding stream of sirens and car honkings). So I definitely don't recommend this place in the summer, especially during heat waves, unless they decide to install the AC.
Apart from that the room was very clean, with the absolute minimum of the kitchen utensils but with good supplies of tea and cosmetics. The location is perfect for sighsteeing, though I would not wander alone in the direction of the railway station at night.

Overall not a bad choice for one or two nights. Bed was comfortable, location is short walk from city center. TV is huge and smart but has only german channels. No Netflix. Less smart. Take HDMI with you if you want to watch. Mini mar is free, which is great addition (three items: beer, orange juice, water and there is no two pieces from anything). Cleanness is definitely has to be improved: mold, hair and dirty parts of bathroom was less nicer surprise for the money they take. Fun-fact: we could only check-in from 15.30 instead of 15.00 due to cleaning. No point to book larger rooms, as there are no furnitures and places are misused.

I had originally planned to spend three nights at the numa but ended up checking out a day early due to the unbearable heat in the room. As there is no AC, the temperature stayed above 30 degrees Celsius at night (even with the roller shutters down all day) which led to some health issues. The numa provides one small fan for the room which is a nice thought but also didn't offer any sort of relief. I'd seriously suggest in investing into proper AC (units), as hot summer days made the room feel uninhabitable. Overall, cleanliness was also lacking. The fridge was rather dirty which didn't really make me want to leave any of my food or drinks in there. Additionally, the dark, moldy spots in the shower weren't too inviting. I also couldn't use the rain-/waterfall shower head, as it seemed partially broken which led to water splashing everywhere, both in- and outside of the shower.

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible!

The numa team lied to us.
At first we asked is the elevator was in good condition or not and the numa team said it was fixed! So we booked it room . But when we got to the site the elevator was broken and we had 4 suitcases and the room was above the 5th floor.
No one help! We were deceived !

The room is neat and tidy, but there is no air conditioning so the room is so hot it's unbearable. There are other places close by that have air con in the same price range. I only wish I had of read the prior reviews.

They're liar and not reliable!
They ruined my trip with their lies!
I've never ever would book anything from them!
Before my booking I asked them if they have baby bed and they said yes!and before driving there I asked them again about baby bed and they said the baby bed is ready.just 30 minutes before our checking I received a call and they said sorry we have no baby bed for you!!!
I had no place to stay and after 3 hours with my tired baby and all my suitcases I was able to find another hotel!
They made my trip and vacation like a nightmare!
