I am one of many non-Germans visiting "ten weeks fitness" and I can ensure you - they will make you feel welcome and switch to English, if you prefer. I have been doing powerplate for 2 years with them and I am quite satisfied with the service, with the trainers as well as the concept as such. Mainly due to the size of the studio (max 6 people can do the training at a time), there is no such hectic like in some larger studios. The staff is friendly and mingle with people during the breaks. They can give you also some tips regarding nutrition, shall you be interested.
When you come the first time, you may be a bit confused of seeing only two changing rooms, whereas only one has a shower. However, you will soon notice that during the breaks when one group finishes and the next one has not yet started, the queue will sort out by itself.
In conclusion, if your other hobbies and doings leave you only 2-3 times per week a 20-30 minutes slot for training, then "ten weeks fitness" is a good choice.
