I always wondered why a restaurant offering large portion at reasonable price was always empty. I finally understood why.

I have been a regular customer for 2 years. The first time I ordered a curry I was positively surprised by the large portion. It was almost enough for two meals! Then, with each order I placed I noticed that the size of the portion was continuously decreasing, especially in terms of meat.

This didn't bother me too much, I still thought the price was reasonable. However the prices were always changing. I was always ordering the dish of the day with an extra Naan. Sometime the order was 14euro, sometimes it was 18. I checked their menu to verify the price and it just didnt add up. Still, I gave them the benefit of the doubt.

That was until yesterday, when we again ordered the dish of the day. This time the price was so ridiculous that we had to say something. The owners insisted that the price was correct and that it was our fault for ordering the wrong thing. It wasn't. We specifically asked what the dish of the day was, and then said we wanted that. Normally I would let it slide but it wasn't the first time that they conveniently mixed up our order for something more expensive. We paid 38 euros for two curries and two naan. This is a bit steep, and the quality of the food definitely doesn't warrant this price.

This place used to be wonderful value for money, not anymore.

Family run restaurant, the four of us went there for a late lunch on weekend. Everyone took different dish and they all were amazing. The interior is not fancy, quite shabby actually, but the service is warm and welcoming, the food is great, prepared with care. If you are looking for authentic Indian, look no further. They do, however allow you to negotiate how hot you want your dish to be, which I see as additional plus, although it takes away a bit of authenticity.

I was there with my wife on Sunday night. I am not an expert in Indian cuisine but I spent 4 years living in Asia, so I allow myself to write a quick note. This is the best Indian restaurant I have been in Frankfurt. Great in flavor, the service took place in a nice family atmosphere. Well done, we will be coming back!

Food was good and the service was nice. The spicy level is just right. No lingering burn from Hot and medium was exactly what my mom expected.

This place is a combined Indian and Italian restaurant. The staff are Indian though.

The place is basic which does not necessarily mean bad and it was clean but then you expect something more.

However the food was rather overpriced for the offering. However, it was over the road from another restaurant which looked better but was even more expensive. The chicken tikka was offered in foil on a plate rather than the usual pan and the spicy dishes lacked any heat whatsoever.

Perhaps they should stick to selling Pizzas?
