We came to the shop at 15:50 and saw this paper. Waited one hour with a child until 17.00 and at 17.00 we saw that staff scammed the customers. Such an awful relation!!! We spent 1 hour jaust waiting for staff and the staff just decided to change their working hours!!!!!

Worst customer service ever!!! The only employee at the shop is just incredibly rude. I had a defective Telekom card but he didn’t do anything about it. I also found out that Telekom’s online customer service is as bad as this employee. Avoid Telekom like the plague!!!! Next time I come to Germany I’ll get a SIM card from Vodafone or O2. Never from Telekom ???????????????? seriously I’ve never met an employee as rude as this anywhere In New York or Miami ????????????????????

Meanest staff you could ever encounter. Couldn't even help us to talk too the help desk line. We are members of telekom but seems like they don't care about us at all.
