Great location and very friendly service. We had a great time here for our 2 night stay. Room service came as you expect at a 5-star, with all the accompaniments and silver trays. Gym was well equipped and clean. Small complaint is the AC strength, we wish it had a bit more oomph for the summer but we were generally comfortable. Would recommend.

I don’t like:
The climate in the rooms very hot… it’s mentioned in the booking details that’s the hotel rooms has air conditioning but actually the A/C from the 70th very old stile like fan on the floor and not comfortable and can’t make the rooms cold.

I like:
The parking mentioned in the booking details (parking on site) and the staff informed me that’s the parking chargeable €25 per day

The stile of the hotel very class and luxury

Outstanding Historic Hotel with first class service. Nearby to many excellent activities. Lots of shopping. Great food all around. Near the river and wonderful parks. Festivals happening nearby all the time.

Classic five star hotel offering excellent service and facilities. Definitely one of the top two luxury hotels in central Frankfurt. Our room was large, recently renovated and very comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel.

What a hotel! It was like staying in a palace.
The staff was exceptionally polite and helpful. The location is right on the middle of everything fun. And the rooms were huge and beautiful

Its really nice unique hotel and very helpful and smart staff “apart of i am big fan of gym it needs a but improve or add some equipments”

It is a huge hotel, with a spectacular entrance, and it is super centrally located. Let's start with the decoration, it was baroque style, all very glamorous. The service was great, everyone is very attentive to your needs and always with a smile on their face.
They gave us a tour of the entire hotel, the truth is that I ended up exhausted from how big it was. We saw various types of rooms, some restaurants, the meeting rooms, the tearoom at the entrance, the bar etc.
